Are there any other costs in addition to what the website shows?

Only in case you want to add a bit of spice to your experience, in that case some extras like the water activities may require for you to pay a pier tax of 15 USD and it’s a tax requested by the authorities for the use of the machines in the water. This is also listed at the yacht rental in the “not included” section of the page.

Can we bring our own alcohol and food?

Sure, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and brand drinks. We also offer an ice chest specially designated for you and your guests. Also keep In mind that the rental Includes 24 beers In case you want to keep the party low.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations with under 14 days notice will lose their 50% deposit. This is because it’s within our average window of booking, so after 14 days it becomes difficult to fill that spot again that we’ve been holding.
Cancellations with under 48 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the charter. At this point it will be almost certainly impossible to fill that time slot.

What is the policy in case of bad weather?

If the port closes for any reason, we’re experiencing heavy rain, high winds, or there are any major storms we will first try to work with you to reschedule. If that is not possible, we will refund 100% of your payment.

If I get seasick will I get a refund?

For the safety of our guests and crew our yachts never go out when the conditions are not optimal. Our recommendation is that if you are prone to motion sickness you make sure to take a proper medication, relax or avoid boarding the yacht just for you own comfort. Sadly when you make your reservation the preparation for the ride carries a lot of costs, work, payment to the staff and the reservation blocks the time and day so no one can book it, so under those terms we are not able to provide you a refund.

What is the recommended gratuity?

We suggest the 15% of the charter total for the crew. Just remember that in order to make your trip amazing there is a crew working hard at all times.

Do you offer transportation?

The transportation service is not included in the total cost of the rental but you can add it as an extra. We will be happy to make your trip as comfortable as possible.
